Journey Control is the logistics arm of TCMS.  TCMS currently provides Control Centers in  APAC, EU, and the Americas to manage the logistics movements of our clients.  TCMS will work directly with our clients and their designated carriers and 3PLs to expedite the transportation of goods around the world. 

Our personnel can provide as much, or as little, additional logistics operations support as needed.  We are specialists in Dangerous Goods and currently move 10’s of thousands shipments globally and domestically. In most cases, TCMS can integrate directly to the 3PL or carrier to expedite freight movement.

We are well versed in the needs of clients dealing with Hazardous Materials and the compliance requirements of DOT, IMDG, FRA, and other regulatory bodies.

Return Logistics

Our Control Centers also provide reverse logistics services where they serve as a hub for end clients to submit their return requests, and TCMS will expedite those returns using our clients’ 3PLs and their contracts.  We currently provide these services for all global returns of equipment for fleets of over 100,000 returnable units.
