Document Management

Document management is serviced by our Shipper Docs and Container Docs applications. Here, documents, photos, drawings, or shipment documents are stored so that they can be available for viewing or downloading at any time.

Shipper Docs

This system allows coordinators or others to upload specific documents related to a shipment. These documents will remain linked to that shipment so that they are always searchable, by Order Number, Booking Number, or BOL Number. Should you need to view a Commercial Invoice or Bill of Lading on a shipment from 4 years ago, this system allows you to do this quickly and easily.

Container Docs

All documents that are specifically related to a transportation asset are found in this system. These can include inspection reports, drawings, photos, testing certifications, and much more. Any document can be uploaded, linked to that individual asset ID, and remain searchable by entering the ID of that piece of equipment such as the railcar or container number.
