TCMS was originally created to maintain asset specifications and track shipments of those assets 

The Navigator system contains an entire module dedicated to maintaining asset specifications, compliance testing, and maintenance activities.

Specifications 

Navigator tracks the individual specifications of each piece of equipment.  Valve and gasket information, capacities, test dates, MAWP, and a host of other details are readily available via the system, or via reports from the system. 

Navigator is used to match these specifications to the requirements of products shipped on each order.  This prevents contamination, leaks, or loads shipped on assets out of test. 

Compliance 

Assets require different tests at different times in their working life.  Navigator tracks testing and reports next test dates due, and types of tests required for that asset.  This ensures that assets used have met their compliance activities prior to being assigned for loading. 

Components 

Navigator holds all the data for specific components used on the assets.  Finding out what gaskets, valves, O-rings, hoses, or connections that are on each asset is as easy as typing in the ID associated with that asset.  This mitigates any issues with maintenance for both internal or external repair facilities. 

Photos and Drawings 

Photos, Inspections, drawings of assets, or any other document related to the asset can be stored in our Container Docs program so that they are readily available at all times.  Simply type in the ID of that asset into the system and all documents are available for viewing or download. 

Maintenance Facilities
